Sound Shore Medical Center, in accordance with its mission, strives to provide high-quality, affordable and accessible healthcare to the communities it serves.  Financial assistance is provided to those individuals who are unable to pay in full for their healthcare and do not qualify for Medicaid or other insurance programs.  Financial assistance is based on a patient’s household income, family size and consideration may also be given to an individual’s assets.
