That Special Something – The Patient Advocate

Mount Vernon Hospital has a Patient Advocate to add that special something to the hospital experience. Joy Naclerio assists patients and their loved one, whether visiting the emergency department or as an inpatient. 

The Patient Advocate offers timely, understandable information, links patients with needed resources, and provides guidance.  She acts on the patient’s behalf – providing that extra – that special something when its needed most.
